A. General Services

 

What services do you offer?

We provide carpet and upholstery steam cleaning, tile and grout cleaning, mattress cleaning, and commercial general cleaning services.

What areas do you service in Tasmania?

We service from Shearwater/Port Sorell to Burnie, including Sheffield, Latrobe, Devonport, Ulverstone, and surrounding areas.

​

Are you certified/insured?

Yes, we are IICRC-trained and hold current Working with Vulnerable People certification and police checks.

B. Carpet Cleaning

​

How long does the carpet take to dry?

Drying times vary depending on the cleaning method used. We offer both steam cleaning and low-moisture methods to suit your needs. Depending on the time of year and the amount of airflow possible, the dry time for steam cleaning can range from 2 to 3 hours or, in rare cases, as long as 24 hours. If drying conditions are poor, we will use drying fans to speed the process. For low moisture cleaning options dry time can be less than an hour.

What cleaning methods do you use?

We use professional truck-mounted and portable steam cleaning machines, along with low-moisture cleaning methods when appropriate. We use high-quality Actichem products and natural cleaning solutions.

How often should carpets be professionally cleaned?

Recommendation frequency depends on foot traffic and usage. For most homes, we recommend annual professional cleaning to maintain carpet condition and extend its life.

 

C. Commercial Services

What commercial cleaning services do you offer?

We provide comprehensive commercial cleaning services, including carpet and upholstery cleaning for offices and work sites, as well as general commercial cleaning tasks such as toilet cleaning, vacuuming, and mopping.

Do you work after business hours?

Yes, we do by prior arrangement. A surcharge may be applied for after-hours jobs, but we are happy to negotiate this on a per-job basis with you.

What types of businesses do you service?

We service a wide range of commercial properties, with extensive experience in cafes, office spaces and real estate / end-of-lease cleaning.

 

D. Booking & Preparation

How do I prepare for my appointment?

We provide detailed pre-appointment guidelines to ensure the best possible results. This includes removing small items and ensuring clear access to all areas to be cleaned.

​

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept cash, bank transfer and eftpos payments in person or over the phone. For residential and end-of-lease jobs, we generally expect payment on the day and provide a receipt for your property manager. However, for commercial jobs, we offer terms ranging from 14 to 30 days.  

​

How far in advance should I book?

Generally speaking, for residential jobs of a standard size, 2-3 weeks is a suitable timeframe, especially during our busy season. However, feel free to reach out, and we can discuss.
